We’ve moved! After more than a decade in Chicago we decided last year to relocate our offices and to consolidate our Toronto operations into a single site at our new headquarters in Austin, Texas. This decision was precipitated by our need to work more closely with long-term technology partners in the Austin area.
We deeply value the experiences and business relationships that emerged during our time in Chicago and Toronto and we are proud of our record of accomplishment in both cities. Many of our Chicago-based staff have made the journey with us to Austin and we look forward to key personnel from Toronto joining us, too.
Our new offices in south Austin will be opened in conjunction with the 2010 South by Southwest Conference (www.sxsw.com). As part of the conference we are hosting a reception to welcome back staff and to greet the new community. Details about the reception will be available at our booth in the exhibition hall at the conference.
Our new contact information is available on our Contact page.

Tomorrow is CPG’s last day of operations at its Chicago offices. Last summer CPG closed its Toronto office and consolidated operations in Chicago. Later the company announced that it was moving its headquarters to Austin, Texas. After a series of delays a grand opening has been set for March 15th.
What can we say about our time in Chicago other than it was terrific. When Dr. Bleyer launched the company in 1998 no one could have imagined that the firm would become what it is today. At that time very few firms were specializing on digital messaging but the CPG team was convinced that it was the future. They were right and the company continued to grow dramatically in the Chicago area. We are confident that our future just as bright in Austin. Thanks, Chicago and “Go White Sox!”

CPG has postponed the opening of its new Austin based headquarters until March 2010 to coincide with the annual South by Southwest Conference. Last week we discovered that there are unmitigated construction issues that must be resolved before we can take occupancy of the office. We have been advised that the problems will be corrected by the end of February. Until then our clients matters will continue to be handled in Chicago until the new offices have been opened |

We are pleased to announce that we have selected Peacock Lane as the location for our new office in Austin, Texas. We have secured options on two units that will be combined into a single office that will house our consulting and technology teams. A date of the grand opening will be announced later this year. |

CPG will cease operations at its Toronto office on July 31, 2009. When we opened the Toronto office in 2003 our intentions were to do a pilot project for a major client that was scheduled to last 2 years. The plan was to close the office during the summer of 2005 but market demand for our services continued to pick up forcing us to rethink our original plans. In July 2004 we announced that we were expanding our Toronto team to provide additional technology services and in 2007 we expanded yet again. But with the burdens and costs of travel continuing to escalate with each passing year we found that the best way we could control costs was to consolidate our team in one location.
For several years we have had ongoing business and technology partners in Austin, Texas that have worked with us to develop markets for our software solutions. Earlier this year we elected to renew those relationships and to bring our entire team to Austin. We like Austin because it provides a single fixed location for our team to work in close proximity with other technology and consulting firms. Last month we issued notice that our new headquarters in Austin would be operational by early 2010. Until then we will continue to service all of our clients from our Chicago offices. |
