Emil Atanasov, M.S.

Before that, he worked with us in our Toronto, Canada office, which is where he originally came up with what now has evolved and coninues to be developed as our Community Compass® digital outreach and data visualization system that we use in almost all of our projects that have to do the aspect of community involvement and public comment collection.
Mr. Atanasov works with us in the capacity of Lead Computer Systems Analyst and is an important asset to us in connecting the worlds of business management and information technology. In his spare time Emil enjoys cooking, gardening and playing classical piano music.
Emil has been tinkering with computers since the age of 10 when he was still living in the little-known country of Bulgaria. He wrote his first piece of software when he was 11. Ever since then he's been fascinated with any and all computer technology, which eventually brought him to study in the USA. Despite being at a disadvantage as a non-native English speaker Emil excelled in his studies and obtained a B.S. and immediately after that an M.S. degree in Computer Science.
Upon completing his studies in the USA, Emil moved to Toronto, Canada where he got worked in our office from 2005 to 2009. His passion for system analysis, specifications and design stems from his desire to be instrumental in creating a one-of-a-kind innovative software solution led him to accepting his current position at our company where he works exclusively on the research, analysis, design and specifications refinement during the iterative software development process of our Community Compass® digital outreach system.
